Description |
Error 525 when printing or previewing any print forms or reports
|
Symptoms |
User gets a 525 error when trying to print or preview any reports or print forms.
|
Cause |
This problem is generally due to a version conflict with one or more of the Crystal Reports DLL's or OCX's. You may be able to verify the problem by checking the version of a file called "CRPE32.DLL" in the end users system folder. The version of this file should be at least 7.0.

Solution |
Rename end users "C:\Windows\System\crpe32.dll" to "C:\Windows\System\crpe32.old" and then re-install the latest full version of CAR_PRO.
