CAR_PRO Version 2002.004

Error message... "Could not communicate with the CAR_PRO server! Make sure CPServer is running on the host machine and that the network connection is available!" when trying to access CAR_PRO on client PC. This dialog was the one with no place to store a Host IP address.

Error message... "Could not communicate with the CAR_PRO server! Make sure CPServer is running on the host machine and that the network connection is available!" when trying to access CAR_PRO on client PC. Error occurred on a client PC only and the Host could access program with no problem.

In this particular case it was a network issue. When the user was instructed to double click the network neighborhood icon he got a Windows error "Unable to browse network" which was a clear indication that the problem has nothing to do with CAR_PRO.

Have user check his own network which in turn should correct the problem.
