| Description |
Could not update or install CAR_PRO 2002.004 on a Windows NT 4.0 PC.

| Symptoms |
Could not update or install CAR_PRO 2002.004 on a Windows NT 4.0 PC. When running the update the user received multiple error messages and could not install it cleanly.

| Cause |
This is beleived to be caused from missing or corrupt system files on the NT server.
|
| Solution |
Have user re-install the latest service pack or re-install Windows NT and then run MDAC.EXE (2.5 and 2.6) then re-install CAR_PRO.
