| Description |
Host IP = UNAVAILABLE in information window of CPServer.

| Symptoms |
Host IP = UNAVAILABLE in information window of CPServer. Colud not access CAR_PRO on Client PC but host works fine. When we checked the HostIP Address in the information window of CPServer it said "UNAVAILABLE"

| Cause |
This problem is believed to be caused by a corruption in one or more TCP/IP files.
|
| Solution |
Remove all TCP/IP protocols from network properties and allow the PC to re-boot. Then re-install the TCP/IP protocols and again allow the PC to re-boot. Once Windows comes back up everything should be fine.
