Vin-Decoder does not work even after running the VinFix.exe utility.

Vin-Decoder does not work even after running the VinFix.exe utility.

Something is wrong with the registry key that tells CAR_PRO if the Vin-Decoder is on.

Go in to Preferences and un-check "Vin De-Coder Utility On" and click Done. Then go back in and check the box and click done. This proceedure should correct the problem.
