Program Not Authorized![7] message when trying to access CAR_PRO on host PC. User was running CAR_PRO on a single XP Pro PC and program was running fine and then one day it stopped working. When we re-installed the application several files would not self register (msxml related files). The end users PC also had Visual Basic Model edition 6.0.

The problem is related to the xml files that did not self register. It is posible that the PC had an earlier version and after updating the problem popped up but this has not been confirmed.

The only solution in this case was to un-install VB6 and fully un install CAR_PRO then re-install CAR_PRO.
