All Print forms print and preview incorrectly.

All Print forms print and preview incorrectly. The program does not link the proper deal and all the boxes on the form get checked.

The cause to this problem is believed to be related to databases that still have sample data.

Remove the Sample data from the database and run a repair. If that does not work then have the user email the database and use VisData to repair it and send it back.
