Description Program Not Authorized![7] message when trying to access CAR_PRO on Client PC.
Symptoms Program Not Authorized![7] message when trying to access CAR_PRO on Client PC. The program can however be accessed on the Host PC. This user has a floating license and not all licenses were in use.
Cause If a client machine using CAR_PRO locks up or there is a power failure while the program is in use then that particuler license does not get released properly. The CPServer application which handles licensing for CAR_PRO, thinks that the client is still in the proigram.
Solution On the Host PC, right click on the Butler icon near your clock and choose "Stop Service". The just fire CAR_PRO back up on the host. This will reset all of your licenses.
