| Description |
Program Not Authorized![7] message when trying to access CAR_PRO on Client PC.

| Symptoms |
Program Not Authorized![7] message when trying to access CAR_PRO on Client PC. The program can however be accessed on the Host PC. This user has a floating license and not all licenses were in use.

| Cause |
If a client machine using CAR_PRO locks up or there is a power failure while the program is in use then that particuler license does not get released properly. The CPServer application which handles licensing for CAR_PRO, thinks that the client is still in the proigram.

| Solution |
On the Host PC, right click on the Butler icon near your clock and choose "Stop Service". The just fire CAR_PRO back up on the host. This will reset all of your licenses.
