On Windows 2000 PC printer roller would spin for 30 seconds after printing a form.

On Windows 2000 PC printer roller would spin for 30 seconds after printing a form. When previewing the form it would preview as if it were much longer then it should have been based on the dimensions of custom paper size that was set up in Windows.

Something to do with the way the Crystal Report was saved.

Open the form in Crystal and resave it after pointing to a printer driver with a user defined paper size. A good way to check if it saved properly is to have your PC's default printer set to Letter and browse to a different driver the has a user defined paper size. Then exit and re-enter the form and see if the printer was saved.
