Error 7 - Out of Memory when trying to print any form or report from with in CAR_PRO.

Error 7 - Out of Memory when trying to print any form or report from with in CAR_PRO. User first got a message that the Crystl32.ocx was out of date so they copied a newer version off of other PC.

After some investigative work we found that the end user had a document that was left in the printer que with an error.

Purge all documents from the Windows printer que and reboot the PC.
