| Description |
Connection error when trying to access application on client PC.

| Symptoms |
Connection error when trying to access application on client PC. This user has used the application successfully for quite a while and the network was not found to be the problem.

| Cause |
The IP on the host changed but is not reflected correctly in the CPServer information window.
|
| Solution |
Have end user exit CAR_PRO on the host PC and then stop service on CPServer. The go back in to CAR_PRO on host and recheck the Host IP in the CPServer information window.
