Description Connection error when trying to access application on client PC.
Symptoms Connection error when trying to access application on client PC. This user has used the application successfully for quite a while and the network was not found to be the problem.
Cause The IP on the host changed but is not reflected correctly in the CPServer information window.
Solution Have end user exit CAR_PRO on the host PC and then stop service on CPServer. The go back in to CAR_PRO on host and recheck the Host IP in the CPServer information window.
