Description Problem printing forms over 11 inches long on Okidata ML390 Turbo on Windows XP
Symptoms When trying to print longer forms the printer stops at the 11 inch mark and spits out the form. Then when a new page is loaded the printer finishes printing the original document.
Cause According to Okidata support (800-654-3282) the problem is a Windows XP and Printer Driver compatibilty issue.
Solution Okidata suggests the PC be configured with a standard printer port and not an ECP Port. Also they reccomend that the following drivers be used... *ML390/391 Turbo - Use Epson LQ2550 driver *ML320 - Use IBM Proprinter 3 driver *ML321 - Use IBM Proprinter 2 or XL driver You may also have to check the printer "length of Form" setting! User can also contact Okidata directly at (800-654-3282).
