Unknown error occures when trying to refresh accounts from Quickbooks.

Unknown error occures when trying to refresh accounts from Quickbooks. This error is not very descriptive however, user was also getting an "activeX component cannot create object" or "QuickBoooks caused an internal error while trying to access company file" error from within QB when trying to work with cash flow projector on the Company navigator screen.

Cause was said by QB support to be from missing QB files.

QB support walked user through a re-install of QB as well as some manual file installations which fixed the QB problem as well as the CP problem.
