Description Forms print twice
Symptoms Occassionally when user prints a form the wrong vehicle info appears on form. Then the system will print the correct info on the next form.
Cause This occures when the user tracks multiple companies and one of the other companies has a vehicle record with the same stock number.
Solution Switch to each of the other companies and locate the duplicate stock number. Make sure that you search All Inventory. Once you determine which company has the duplicate, click on the Transfers button at the top of the Inventory Records screen and select that company in both the Transfer From and Transfer To drop downs. Then enter the stock number of the vehicle to be changed (stk# box on left) and enter a new stock# in the box on the right. Then just click the Transfer button. Once you reslove the duplicate stock number issue the printing problem will be resolved.
