Full CAR_PRO Installation hangs near end while trying to copy blip.wav file.

| Symptoms |
Full CAR_PRO Installation hangs near end while trying to copy blip.wav file. If left alone the program will just hang on that file indefinately.

| Cause |
The problem was determined to be cause because somehow the installation proccess was runnig twice.
|
| Solution |
Some process has a lock on a file that needs to be replaced. Reboot the machine and re-install app.
