Unable to obtain licensing info from Host on Client.

| Symptoms |
Unable to obtain licensing info from Host on Client. User gets a Connection Error yet that Client PC could ping the host IP successfully.

| Cause |
It was cause by Windows Personal Firewall security settings.
|
| Solution |
Disable Windows Prsonal Firewall or reconfigure it to all CAR_PRO to access the host machine.
