Description Record Not found! error when trying to refresh QuickBooks accounts.
Symptoms When user refreshes the QB accounts they get a Record Not Found message. It is a non-fatal error and it does appear to parse the accounts properly.
Cause It was determined to be caused because the end user had no classes setup in QuickBooks.
Solution In QuickBooks, have the user click on "Lists" and then "Classes". Then just add a fake class to correct the problem.
