Description |
Record Not found! error when trying to refresh QuickBooks accounts.
|
Symptoms |
When user refreshes the QB accounts they get a Record Not Found message. It is a non-fatal error and it does appear to parse the accounts properly.
|
Cause |
It was determined to be caused because the end user had no classes setup in QuickBooks.
|
Solution |
In QuickBooks, have the user click on "Lists" and then "Classes". Then just add a fake class to correct the problem.
