General Protection Fault (GPF/IPF) when loading Billing screen.

User reports a General Protection Fault (GPF/IPF) when loading Billing screen. Everything was working normally and this problem just suddenly started occuring.

The cause is believed to be caused by a computer virus of some kind. This has not been verified but a System Restore corrected the problem which seems to point to a virus.

Have the user do a System Restore that goes back to a day before the problem was noted.
