CAR_PRO Notification are on main menu displays the default screen as if user has no active connection to the Internet. The user had DSL and a good connection but it was as if the application could not detect it.

| Cause |
Norton Utilities was blocking the Internet access for CAR_PRO.
|
| Solution |
Disable Norton or reconfigure it to grant access to Internet by CAR_PRO.
