Problems printing long forms on Okidata 320 Turbo.

No matter how the froms were save they would only print the top half of the forms correctly when form length was greater then 11 inches.

The problem was caused by hardware settings that were overirding the software settings.

For hardware setting and pay particular attention to the settings related to "Top Feed", specifically the Page Length, Skip over perforation and Page Length Control settings.
