When the end user tries to send anything to the printer they get the following error message... Error# 20545 was generated by CrystalReport. Request cancelled by user.

This error can be cause if the Printer Spooler service becomes inactive.

Restart Printer Spooler service by going to the Control Panel-->Administrative Tools-->Services. Locate the Printer Spooler service and right click on it and choose "Start". ALSO - MAKE SURE PROGRAM IS NOT RUNNING IN COMPATIBILITY MODE!!!
