Description |
Cannot access Billing screen. Program just locks up.
|
Symptoms |
All of the sudden user can no longer access the Billing screen. When they try the application just locks up. The end user was running Windows XP.

Cause |
After some investigation the cause was determined to be a non-responsive Print Spooler Service on end users machine. We could not access the printers & faxes through the windows control panel either.

Solution |
Go to the end users control panel and then go to Administrative Tools. Then in Services, stop & restart the Print Spooler service.
