Description Cannot access Billing screen. Program just locks up.
Symptoms All of the sudden user can no longer access the Billing screen. When they try the application just locks up. The end user was running Windows XP.
Cause After some investigation the cause was determined to be a non-responsive Print Spooler Service on end users machine. We could not access the printers & faxes through the windows control panel either.
Solution Go to the end users control panel and then go to Administrative Tools. Then in Services, stop & restart the Print Spooler service.
