Description User cannot access our company website.
Symptoms When user tries to access our company website they get an error as if the site is down or does not exist.
Cause Customer called Comcast and they walked them through a proceedure that fixed it.
Solution Go to the Internet Options and delete all the cookies and temporary files. Then go to the Security and Privacy tabs and set them to the default level. Then close the browser and retry visiting our site.
