| Description |
Print forms preview properly but some of the text will not print.

| Symptoms |
Customer has a Okidata 321 Turbo printer using the Okidata 321 Turbo (IBM) driver. The form would print correctly to his laser printer.

| Cause |
After some investigating it was determined to be a driver issue.
|
| Solution |
We installed the Epson 9 Pin Compatible driver and it worked fine.
