Unable to post payments properly on Account Details screen.

When trying to post a payment on the Account Details screen, the unapplied amount would not zero out. The auto-apply feature was not working correctly.

It was discovered that the end user had a null or blank value stored on the Preferences screen for the "Rate Basis". This value is generally set at 360 or 365 depending on the State that you are in. The blank value was causing a math problem and was uncover by using the "Fserror.log"

The problem was programmatically corrected in version 2001.03, so running the latest update will correct the problem.
