GPF - When trying to access the Prospect screen on WinXP.

User had 2 Win XP machines and both would get a GPF and crash to desktop when trying to access the Prospect screen.

Cause is unknown but there is a walk around for it (see solution).

Right click on the CAR_PRO shortcut and choose properties. Then on the Compatability tab, set the program to run in Win95 Compatability mode.
