Description |
Database coruptions occure when end user updates to IE7 or higher.
|
Symptoms |
User update to Internet Explorer 7 or 8.0 and suddenly the databases become corupted. Problem is most noticeable on WIN XP machines.

Cause |
Tech guy for TAM said that it is caused by an out dated JAVA file (jvm.dll). This file generally can be found in the following folder... (C:\Program Files\Java\jre6\bin\server).

Solution |
Although untested at the time of this article post, the technician said updating to the latest version of JAVA (java.com) should fix the problem.
