| Description |
Error "509" or "Invalid Field Name" error when printing a report
|
| Symptoms |
Generally occurs on after activating a sample report. When the user tries to print or preview the report they get a "509" or "Invalid Field Name" error.

| Cause |
This problem can occur on any report if the "Sort By" and or "Order By" drop down combos are left blank.
|
| Solution |
Make sure that both of these combos ("Sort By" and "Order By") are not blank before printing or previewing the report.
