Cannot access program, instead user is brought to the License Configuration screen.

Cannot access program, instead user is brought to the License Configuration screen. This screen does not indicate "Program Not Authorized!" it in fact looks like the license is fine. But when the user clicks the "Done" button the program terminates as though the program is unauthorized.

This is generally (but not limited to) a network situation. It is caused when too many users are logged on to the program but in versions before 2001.03 the program did not display the proper message to indicate that the user exceeded the limitations of the current license.

The problem was programmatically corrected in version 2001.03, so running the latest update will correct the messaging problem.
