User receives the message: "This Custom Report Is Unauthorized!" when trying to print a report.

After normal use of the application the user receives the message: "This Custom Report Is Unauthorized!" when trying to print a report. This problem may occur even on authorized reports and possibly print forms.

This cause of the problem is still unknown.

The application has a built in walk-around for the problem: Click on the Help button from the Main Menu and choose "About CAR_PRO". On this dialog click on the image of the Porsche and enter a valid authorization code and click Ok. This process will re-register all of the reports and print forms. The user will need to contact us for the valid authorization code.
