Description System locks up when user tries to edit or add new deals from Deal Records screen.
Symptoms After normal use of the application the users system locks up when user tries to edit or add new deals from Deal Records screen.
Cause This problem can arise if the end user installs another Windows application which replaces CAR_PRO required support files.
Solution This problem can be solved by re-installing the CAR_PRO application.
