Description |
User could not request a credit report from client machine.
|
Symptoms |
User could not request a credit report from client machine. Instead, they received an error message "File not found - F:\\cv6.req". The user could however request credit reports successfully from the host machine.

Cause |
This problem can arise if the end user has mapped only the "CAR_PRO" folder on the host machine. When requesting a credit report, the program looks for... {Mapped Path} + "\CV6.REQ".

Solution |
This problem can be solved by sharing the entire drive on the host machine and then re-browse to the database.
