CAR_PRO Version 2000.03 of higher

Cannot issue a license. User gets the following message... "Unable to issue license at this time".

After using the program for some time with out problems, the license expires prematurely and the end user cannot obtain a new license via the Web. And when a license is issued manually the user gets a "Unable to issue license at this time" message.

The program automatically prompts the end user to download the latest update from the internet. However the update that is obtained by the wizard does not include the latest version of CPServer. For this reason it is possible that CPServer becomes out dated and can no longer work with the most current version of CAR_PRO.

Download and install the latest version of CPServer on the end users Host PC.
