Description Payments due, not showing on the Post Payments tab of the Account Details screen.
Symptoms When the end user tries to post payments received on an in house deal, none of the due payments are visible in the grid on the Post Payments tab of the Account Details screen. So the payments can't be posted.
Cause This was caused by an incorrect date format setting in Windows.
Solution Go to the control panel in Windows and double click on the Regional settings icon. Then on the Date tab change the Short Date setting to "MM/dd/yyyy". Then click Apply and Ok. Then back in CAR_PRO the payments should magically re-appear.
