Edge of print form or report is clipped off.

When printing a report or print form, either the left or right edge is clipped off.

This problem is caused by incorrect printer driver settings.

In Windows, open the properties dialog for the default printer and on the Paper tab click the "Unprintable Area" button. Make sure all the boxes are set to zero and click Ok.
