| Description |
Deal recap report prints blank.
|
| Symptoms |
When a wholesale batch is created any of the deals in that batch produce a blank Deal Recap report when printed or previewed. However if you recall any of those deals on the Deal Editor screen then the Recap then print normally.

| Cause |
When deals are created in the Wholesale screen the program does not create an associated record in the Commission table of carpro1.mdb. The fields in this table are required to run the Recap report. This causes a crystal error and so the report does not print.

| Solution |
Download and install CAR_PRO 2002.001. This version corrects the problem by adding the required associated record.
