"Feature Not Available" message on Deal Editor or Inventory screen.

User gets a "Feature Not Available" message on Deal Editor or Inventory screen and any changes to the current record are not saved when exiting the screen.

This problem could have two potential problems: 1) There may be a corruption in the database. 2) The database is missing a field. As features are added to the application fields are sometimes added as well. Normally the application will create these fields automatically but sometimes this procedure fails.

If the cause is related to #1 above then usually a database repair will fix the problem. If that doesn't work then the database will need to be verified on the "Technical Tools" screen within CAR_PRO.
