| Description |
"Feature Not Available" message on Deal Editor or Inventory screen.

| Symptoms |
User gets a "Feature Not Available" message on Deal Editor or Inventory screen and any changes to the current record are not saved when exiting the screen.

| Cause |
This problem could have two potential problems:
1) There may be a corruption in the database.
2) The database is missing a field. As features are added to the application fields are sometimes added as well. Normally the application will create these fields automatically but sometimes this procedure fails.

| Solution |
If the cause is related to #1 above then usually a database repair will fix the problem. If that doesn't work then the database will need to be verified on the "Technical Tools" screen within CAR_PRO.
