CAR_PRO Version 2002

CAR_PRO Locks up at 95% after updating from older version.

After updating CAR_PRO from version 2000.004 the end users PC would load normally but lock up at around 95%.

The cause is still unknown at this time however we think it may have something to do with the VIN Decoder and it's initialization process.

This problem can be solved by re-booting the PC.
