| Description |
"Method ` of object ` Failed" message when trying to obtain license over the Internet.

| Symptoms |
User receives a "Method ` of object ` Failed" message when trying to obtain license over the Internet or use any of the webserver interfaces.
|
| Cause |
User had MS-Internet Explorer 4.1 and CAR_PRO version 2002.001 now uses ms-xml to transfer information to our webserver. MS-Internet Explorer 4.1 does not support MS-XML.

| Solution |
Upgrade end user to MS-Internet Explorer 5.0 or higher and make sure that und user also has latest version of CAR_PRO.
