Description Could not run credit bureau report, the Send button is disabled.
Symptoms After typing in a new customer's info the user could not request a credit report because the Send button was still disabled.
Cause The end user simply filled in the fields directly on the Credit Bureau screen instead of clicking the New Customer button.
Solution When running a credit report on a new customer, you must first click the New Customewr button and add the record ands click Ok. This action will then fill in all the fields on the Credit Bureau screen and enable the Send button. A program change will be made in version 2002.03 to prevent this confusion in the future.
