| Symptoms |
After upgrading CAR_PRO from an earlier version to 2002.001 then user keeps getting a Program Not Authorized! [88] message. This particular user has an unlimited license.

| Cause |
The update did not replace an older version of CPServer. The end user still had 2.00.001.

| Solution |
Download latest CPServer update from our download page to fix the problem. The latest version of CPServer at the time of this article is 2.00.003.
