Description Cannot find In-Hosue deals on the In-House screen.
Symptoms User reports that they Cannot find In-Hosue deals on the In-House screen even though they know they stored them properly by choosing their In-House lienholder.
Cause After some investigative work we determined that the end user had stored their In-House lienholder twice. Once as an In-House Finance vendor and once as a Lending Institute. All the deals that were save with the Lending Institute vendor as the lienholder would in turn not be visible on the In-House Accounts screen.
Solution To correct the problem have the user find the "Lending Institute" vendor and change the name to anything else such as "Delete Me After" and then locate all the deals with this vendor as the lienholder. Once you find all the deals simply change the lienholder to the correct In-House Finance vendor as the lienholder and all the deals will magically appear. Then you can simply delete the "Delete Me After" vendor.
