Some of the In-House deals show as paid in full even when no payments have been posted.

Some of the In-House deals show as paid in full even when no payments have been posted. In this case all the deals were 0% or no interest deals.

The cause is un-known at this time however there is a solution to the problem.

Delete the account details on the deals in question and the go back into the account details which will rebuild the deal and change it to active.
