WIN32 Not Valid Application.

| Symptoms |
When trying to start CAR_PRO the user receives a Windows error message - "WIN32 Not Valid Application". This problem may occur even after the end user has successfully used the application for quite some time.

| Cause |
This problem is most likely due to the installation of another application which has replaced one or more shared DLL's or OCX's.

| Solution |
Re-install the latest full version of CAR_PRO.
