| Description |
Unable to print reports which are 2 or more pages with Windows XP.
|
| Symptoms |
Printer only prints page one. Operating System is Windows XP and reports are saved to letter size and is a standard CP report.

| Cause |
After investigtion it was found to be a Crystal Reports issue and in how the report was originally saved.
|
| Solution |
Need to check the Keep together box under details in Crystal Reports. This can only be done by the developer not the end user.
