When printing forms the printer would skip or break in the middle of a line horizontally.
| Symptoms |
When printing forms the printer would skip or break in the middle of a line horizontally. This would throw of the alignment for the rest of the form below that point. This user has a Panosonic KX-P2023 printer and also had two other printer drivers installed (HP930 and HP1200).
| Cause |
According to Panasonic Tech Support, this is caused by a conflict with the HP drivers.
| Solution |
Remove all the HP drivers and also delete all the "HP*.VXD" files from the computer (most likely found in the C:\Windows\System\vmm32 folder). Panasonic also reccomends that you use the Epson Compatible 24 Pin driver instead of the Panasonic driver.
