Error# 5 Invalid proceedure or argument error when trying to obtain licence over Internet

Error# 5 Invalid proceedure or argument error when trying to set-up account, obtain licence or check for updates over Internet.

Somehow all the web server addresses were blank on the control panel screen so the application did not know the server address.

The quickest way to fix the problem is to delete the Automate folder from the end users PC but if you do that then all the program defaults must be reset. The alternative method would be to walk the user into the control panel and manually fill in all the server addresses on page 2.
