CAR_PRO Version 2002.001

Program Not Authorized [88]! on Windows 2000 PC

After installing another 3rd party software product the user could no longer access CAR_PRO. Instead he got the Program Not Authorized [88]! message. This user had been using the application with no problems for sometime. Destroying the license file and changing the port did not work. Also, the user had no "HostIP", "HostPort" or "TimeOut" keys in the registry which is not believed to have anything to do with this problem but was worth noting.

This problem is believed to be related to the other 3rd party install because a full CAR_PRO re-install corrected the problem. The other installation must have replaced a shared file with an out dated version.

Re-install the latest version of CAR_PRO should correct the problem.
