Inaccurate cost adjustment value pops up on new record.

After adding a new inventory record an inaccurate cost adjustment shows on the record. If you go to the expenses tab however there are no expense records.

This problem is caused from records in the "VehicleHistory" table that have no Stock#. It is still not yet known how these records get into the table but it has been confirmed to be the cause of the problem.

Using the "Technical Tools" screen delete all records from the "VehicleHistory" table which do not have a Stock#. Then add an expense record for $1.00 to the vehicle record in question and then delete the expense record.
