Description Cannot access CAR_PRO on client PC. "Could not communicate with CPServer..." dialog pops up and the IP address is blank.
Symptoms Cannot access CAR_PRO on client PC. "Could not communicate with CPServer..." dialog pops up and the IP address is blank. After storing the correct host IP address and hitting re-try not only does not correct the problem but bring us back to the same dialog with a blank IP.
Cause Unknown
Solution Store the correct IP and then click cancel. Then re-try CAR_PRO.
